Hello Reader,

Slovak researchers exposed H295R cancer cells to fenugreek microgreen extract at 300 and 1000 µg/mL for 48 hours. At the higher dose, mitochondrial activity—the energy function keeping cells alive—dropped to 30%. Cell membranes collapsed. Lysosomal activity plummeted.

The mechanism: three phytochemicals working together. Rutin at 496.26 mg/kg led the attack. Quercetin and p-coumaric acid amplified it. HPLC analysis confirmed the concentrations.

Storage kills nutrition fast. Broccoli, cabbage, beetroot, red amaranth lost 17% protein in ten days. Chlorophyll dropped 20%.
